In celebration of National Nutrition Week, LloydsPharmacy’s GP Dr Bhavini Shah shares seven ‘superfoods’ that can help boost your immune system. Packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, they can help keep you healthy and ward off disease. It’s not just during flu season though, it’s important to keep your immune system strong.

7 Super Foods That Boost Your Immune System

Citrus fruits (recommended daily amount 80 grams)
